We’ve paired fresh, juicy pears with the lemon sherbet character of our mixed fermentation base beer.

Copenhagen 9/9 2021. 33 cl bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Vault City's usual design with the lattice gate in a pink and yellow version.
Pours opaque murky, pale yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and fruity scent mingling with a more subdued tart sourness. Sweet pear and lemonade. Tart scent of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a light sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
More sweet pear than sour. But a tasty pear.
