Looking for exciting flavour combinations is a priority of ours, and we think we've hit the nail on the head with this one. Alphonso mango takes the lead, with subtle heat from the habanero chilli building throughout, topped off with smoky chipotle peppers. Drink fresh and pretend it's summer.

Copenhagen 25/7 2021. 37,5 cl heavy glass bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Vault City's usual design with the lattice gate in a green, orange and red version.
Pours opaque, murky, milky yellow with a big yellow-ish head. Looks a bit like a liquid mango fruit. Bubbly. Disappears after a minute leaving a murky, tropical fruit juice behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong, fruity sweetness mingling with a light sour sent. Mango in abundance, black pepper, citrus and tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with a burning, chili undertone. Lingering burn. Finish is rather dry.
Fine balance between the sweet mango and tart sour berries - and with an infernal, intense burn. Aptly named.
