You Choose, We Brew – A bold mission for a brewery with an audience as eclectic and curious as ours. Nevertheless, you brought your A-game and we reviewed over 2,000 submissions before choosing long-time Vault City fan Joseph Cattmull’s unique recipe idea.
We combined sweet, sour and spicy flavours with fresh apple, tropical mango, chilli flakes and blossom honey sourced from our pals at Scottish Bee Company (just 15 miles from the Vault City brewery).

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of apples, cinnamon and mango. Rich smoothie mouthfeel. Flavour like the aroma, also notes of honey. Hints of chili warmth.
