Pathlight Brewing

In a strip mall in the suburbs of KC. Not pretty on the outside, but good looking interior. Several large long tables, length bar and a decent sized patio. I really liked every beer that I had, including a great wild ale. Friendly service. Pretty diverse selection of styles.

On the corner of a strip mall sits one of the best breweries in the area. Interior space is clean, with lots of space for customers to filter to the myriad of different seating. A small lounge to one side offers some comfortable seats for those who arrive earlier enough, or stay long enough. Opposite the facility is a garage door sitting above a small seating bar. It offers those few seats fresh air on nice days. Exterior of this door is a fenced in patio with beer hall picnic tables and a handful of couples tables. Service is quick and easy via a long bar which has two service portals, one on either end. Between the service portals is more seating. TVs are minimal in the place, but are easily viewable from the bar area. One far side of the bar has a cooler for to-go selections. Selection list for on-site spans a good array of styles, hitting several sessionable options, along with some heavier IPAs. They are one of the only breweries in the KC metro area with a side-pull tap, which allows them to offer 'slow pours'.

Pathlight Brewing is a cool place with a lot of space inside that is styled really well. Good selection, excellent service and the beer I had was really good.
