This beer is as big as the landmark it is named after. It has a healthy dose of Simcoe and Mosaic hops resulting in a unique yet complex IPA. Tropical and stone fruit dominate with a piney finish. This dry finishing IPA has no falsehoods. Enjoy!

Pours a bright slightly cloudy golden colour with finger plus of foamy frothy white head that dissipates shortly.
Aroma of pungent tropical fruit, slightly dank and sweaty, piney hops, citrus with cereal malt base.
Grainy cereal malt on the palate with tropical fruit - mango, papaya - citrus, pine, slightly dank - moderately bitter with a floral fruity sweetness.
Medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - briefly lingering sweaty bittersweetness.
