Brauerei Hönig "Pils"
,5L vom Bayerischer Anstisch at the brewery on 16 September 2017
Notes: A clear gold body is capped by a full head of fluffy white foam. The aroma is malty, grainy, and lightly sweetish with some mild grassy hops threaded through. The taste follows with a stronger hop presence and a median to firm bitterness that leads to a mostly dry finish with sweetish malt and grassy and herbal hops lingering. Medium bodied with a gentle caress on the tongue due to the moderately carbonated and fine-bubbled gravity pour.
