A: Pours a clear medium copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + amber + honey colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense foamy light beige head that reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering approximately 95% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + citrus/lime + gooseberry + vinous/white wine + pine hops over the top of light aromas of toasted + biscuit + grainy malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of toasted + biscuit + grainy malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + citrus/lime + gooseberry + vinous/white wine + pine hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which lingers for quite a while.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol but a very light and crisp mouthfeel (almost too light). Enjoyable hop flavors and aromas (kind of an old school and new school hop mix) but not enough aggressiveness in the bitterness for me on this one.

Very light and crisp brew. Not much on the nose. Not the West Coast slap in the face I was expecting. Subtle spring onion and minimal pine resin. It’s a miss for me.
