Berliner Weisse Beer/Wine Hybrid co-fermented with the Gewürztraminer grape varietal, this mixed-cultured sour is clean, tart and made with ingredients sourced to capture the German Alpine Terroir.

This hybrid was fermented with our Norwegian farmhouse brewers yeast and then re-fermented with Gewürztraminer and German white wine yeast. Notes of lychee, peach and light pineapple imparted from the grape varietal and Grüngeist hops sourced from Hop Head Farms
