Co-fermented with a Norwegian farmhouse yeast, red wheat and pilsner malt, California Cabernet Franc must, and strawberries. Hopped with Styrian Wolf sourced from Hop Head Farms in Michigan.
Fermenting warm climate California Cabernet Franc must with this farmhouse yeast brings out intense jam, red plum and dark fruit flavors opposed to your typical dry and tannic red wine characteristics. We then elaborated these flavors even more with a substantial addition of fresh strawberries.
