Bright pale gold, initial burst of white foam that fades, occasional rising carb trails. Looks the part of a Chenin Blanc.
Aroma is super peachy, light mineral and a tropical pop of Citra.
Tart and crisp, light and summery, peach tea, crisp minerality, white stonefruit, tart cider apples, vaguely herbaceous. Pairs well with cheese or seafood. Excellent stuff, would be nice to try an oak-aged version.
