Bright gold with a decent hear of loose sudsy foam that breaks across the surface without any lacing. Aroma is peachy at first, segueing into a blend of apple and grains. Taste is lightly tart with a flat graininess that seems to not fully coalesce. Apple and a light peach fruitiness, some light tannin, light effervescence. Body is light and drinkable, though the blend could use a bit more oomph and body, maybe some time in a barrel.
