Served from the bottle in a red Solo cup in the Guaranteed Rate Field parking lot (Lot B, over by Gate 5, to be more precise).

Pours a clear red wine topped by a half-finger of dirty pink-cream foam. The nose comprises tart blueberry, light vanilla, red wine must (they tell me it's Merlot, but I couldn't properly identify them here), sweet flowers, light graham cracker, and a bit of mild Brett funk. The taste brings in more of the same, some of the blueberry yielding to an almost yogurt-like character, everything else blending in therewith. The body is a lithe medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying, sticky finish. A pretty nice bit of Brett-and-wine goodness here.
