Our next kettle sour in the hugs series is our Berliner Weisse brewed with extra fall feels. This far from basic brew is blended with pure juicy peaches and cinnamon to give it that classic liquid cobbler flavor profile. Then we add a healthy does of milk sugar and vanilla because who doesn't want their peach cobbler ala mode?

Orange juice looking body with a finger of white bubbles that dies down very quickly into surface lacing. Smell leans on the cinnamon to paint the cobbler picture in the mind, lightly sour peach, vanilla, and sugar support. Taste starts with the bright peach, sweet and sour, before dumping a healthy dose of cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla and lactose to round out the dessert profile, yet the peach continues to shine through well. Feel is bright and sweet but surprisingly balanced, crushable and fun

Tasted in a Rastal Teku glass from a one pint can on November 4, 2020. Brewed with peaches, cinnamon, vanilla and milk sugar. A sweet and tasty treat.
