On tap at Birdhouse Brewing in Honeoye, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells, like, well, obviously…honey, with some vanilla, and some breadiness.
This is rather simplistic, but tasty all the same. There’s a nice soft honey sweetness, some creaminess on the finish, with a warm bready finish.
This is light bodied, clean, and pretty crisp.
This isn’t going to win any major awards or cause madness in the streets, but I definitely enjoyed it.
