Received from @BigIronH in the NBS BIF 16. Poured from 16 oz. can (11/22/2022) into a tulip glass. It pours a hazy, golden-yellow color with two fingers of creamy, bright white head and a thin sheen of lacing. A big, fruity nose featuring fresh apple and a buttery malt reminiscent of apple pie crust. The apple taste is very sweet - almost cloying. The malt is not as buttery as the smell would indicate. I'm also tasting cinnamon and sugary vanilla The mouth feel is very thick - almost syrupy - with lite/moderate carbonation and the 4% ABV barely registers. Overall, a good fruited sour that simulates apple pie. It's very sweet so beware if that's not your thing.

Pours a translucent apple cider gold with a fizzy white cap. Nose is apple cider with all the typical spices, some sweet vanilla, and some cracker notes from the wafers. Feel is crisp, and quite refreshing. The beer is well above average but can be nearly cloying towards the end.
