After using desocated coconut in our Coconut Snowball Stout earlier this year we've been desperate to use it in another beer, and since we haven't done a Milkshake IPA in a little bit we figured now would be a really good time to get some back in again! Hopped with the most Pineapple'y hops of all, Sabro, Bru-1 and El Dorado, dosed with a bunch of Pineapple Puree and packed with a shed load of desocated coconut, this Pina Colada Milkshake IPA should transport you to a beach in the Carribean in the height of summer, instead of being caught in that Great British winter rain!

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.2%. Hazy yellow colour, huge white head, takes "forever" to settle. Aroma of pineapple, vanilla, lactose and coconut. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, slightly bitter finish.
