At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From Vaughan, Ontario's Small Batch Dispatch's 2024 Advent Calendar. My ninth beer from the Milton, Ontario brewery, and eighth for 2025. Heartily endorsed by Sundae the cat...

Pours a uniformly milky hazy yellow with a frothy slightly off white head.
Nose hits with a hop burst of grapefruit, grapefruit pith - piney and notes of tropical fruit, pineapple come out as warms.
Sweet pale malt on the palate but quickly struck by bright grapefruit, grapefruit peel bitterness, pine, and pineapple - crisp hop presence with a sharp citrus bitterness that manages to avoid hop burn.
Super smooth medium full mouthfeel - citrus, grapefruit peel bitterness lingers forever.

Heard some decent things about Third Moon so keen to try this brewer out. Poured an late October batch into a tulip. Mango haze greets thine eye with minimal collar but fine lacing. Very light nose here with apricot and plum center with straw bed on perked peach. Nose grew with warming here. Not overpowering yet present enough to pass a 4. Very light orange greets the palette with hints of butter. I think I served this too cool as it became more complex as it warmed. Recommended temp is 7 degrees btw so don't be afraid to warm this one. Slightly bitter finish brings hops to the fore but no need to worry if you are new to IPAs. This one would work well with cheddar, popcorn or artisans breads. Would hold up at BBQs but also a fancy italian pasta of buttery pasta or creamy dishes. Very glad I found this one thanks to Bevi Birra in Vaughan a superb new addition to ontario craft beer sellers!
