Haven't had Third Moon for a little while, so here I go.
Pours thick and orange, with a solid head. The nose is hoppy with honey and a bit of funk. The taste is nice. Starts muted, but quickly picks up steam as it goes down with stone fruit, some citrus and malt. Finishes bitter. Somewhat tart in the aftertaste.
Not bad, though it doesn't stand out either.

Tried a Dec 1st batch which poured mustard pineapple with good collar, effervescence and lace. Citrus nose forward with light grasses and pine. Decent mouth feel, thick with grain forward light citrus and smooth finish. Overall quite nice

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge citrusy notes with some juicy hops undertones. Taste is also a great mix of citrusy hops undertones with some juicy notes and residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Solid double NEIPA with great balance and nice hops profile.
