473ml can served cold into a goblet. Durand purchase. Listed at 8% ABV. Review from notes.
Appearance - Super yellowy and hazy brew with two fingers of white head on top. Good retention.
Smell - Tropical with orange and passionfruit, elements of other citrus.
Taste - Bitter orange peel, some grapefruit and undercurrents of pineapple.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied, low carbonation and juicy fleshy body, but finishes dry.
Overall - A very well crafted DIPA.

Off the bat, this is an 8% DIPA, not 8.5%.
But I digress already.
Pours beautiful yellow with a perfect head. The nose is of citrus, some wood and maybe a hint of honey. Malt comes later. The feel is smooth and the taste is really nice. Slight bitterness and bit more tart than the nose would indicate. All around good, though it does miss something I can't put my finger on. Still. A solid beer.
