The best peanut butter beer I've ever had. I'm not a fan, generally, of the ingredient in beer even though I love it as a food. But it turns out the reason I didn't like it in beer is because it's always too sweet. Here they've made a peanut butter beer that isn't overloaded with sugar.

Cloying sweet, I could only sip. Sugar infusing peanut butter phenols. Not my favourite version of the series. On tap at the source. For pastry fans ony.

Pours a deep, dark brown with a generous creamy mocha head that stick around a while.

Nose is fresh peanut, sweet milk chocolate and cream.

The taste follows. Quite sweet up front. Sweetened peanut butter. Light chocolate notes. Very quick finish.

Moderate body. Not syrupy at all.

This is a success if you want a stout that tastes more like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup than it does a beer. Good.
