Got this from Emma & Terry. Cheers!
From a 500ml bottle into a snifter
Double stout with coffee, cinnamon, vanilla and lactose
APPEARANCE: Pours out opaque black and yields a two finger, loose, fizzy, dark tan head that quickly crackles and fizzes away in no time. Looks flat almost immediately. Black body with medium carbonation evident, but the head has the staying power of Coke. A faint wisp and ring magically reappears after a few sips.
SMELL: Bold nose of cinnamon, vanilla cream and lactose sugars, some roasted coffee for sure, as well as some roasted malts and dark chocolate aromas. Ginger bread spices.
TASTE: Cinnamon spices, vanilla cream, with some milk and dark chocolate up front, then touches of creamy coffee, vanilla and some lactose sugar at the swallow. Decent flavors profile. Medium but lingering finish with vanilla cream and lactose sugar, some light chocolate and bitter coffee notes, some cinnamon spices and gingerbread flavors, with a touch of alcohol as well.
PALATE: Medium body and medium levels of carbonation. A little light and perhaps a touch watery, goes down fine and finishes somewhat mouth-coating on the palate. No heat lingers.
OVERALL: Not bad. The look on it is lack-luster, as the head is simply a disappearing act, and the feel is a little light for the style perhaps, but both the nose and the flavor are solid. This comes across as a chocolate gingerbread house with a bit of coffee on the side, which is certainly pleasing, though a slightly stronger coffee presence would have been appreciated. Solid brew but not a lottery winner. Cheers guys!

Well, mostly lactose and cinnamon comin through. Likely best fresh on tap. No head to speak of. Coffee in the finish.
