Can: Poured a golden/amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light dry caramel notes. Taste is also a mix of fresh cereal notes with light dry caramel and some subtle biscuit notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid offering for a style that is not brewed often enough.

Good drinking maibock, while being true to the style. Some toastiness from the oak barrelling. On tap at the source. Worth a try. Nice to have a bock to break from the hops.
