Tiramisu - not a go to for me - so tastes like, smells like Tiramisu - I don’t know, but….
Going to call that pour black - thick if not quite engine oil like - with a creamy finger of brown head.
Aroma strikes first with notes of roasty coffee, vanilla; I get a Neopolitan ice cream aroma, some chocolate malt and a touch of booziness.
Though flavour has some sweetness - sweetened vanilla coffee, a bit of nuttiness - there is also a nice roasty espresso bitterness, punctuated by the boozy heat 11% is going to give off; certainly a cake like quality.
Smooth full and boozy warming mouthfeel - coffee with sweet dessert on the side.

Beer 2/12 from the Durand haul. Thanks again Sal. Collab with Bellwoods. First brew from these guys, but have heard only rave reviews.
Appearance - Very dark brown beer with a finger well formed, medium dark tan head. AN aggressive pur yielded above avareg head retention.
Smell - Lots of coffee, lots of tiramisu. Vanilla more hidden i the depths but it's there. A hint of green pepper in conjunction with the coffee aroma. Good depth to the aroma and while intense, not overblown.
Taste - Some tiramisu, plenty of coffee. Medium bitterness and well rounded flavor with boozy finish. Vanilla lurks around in the background. a Touch of heat and peppery qualities to close.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied, with moderately boozy finish. Carbonation is light and some heat finishes on the tongue.
Overall - Pretty good flavored imperial stout, balanced and boozy but not too much so in any one direction. Worth a tipple if you can find it and are a big tiramisu fan.
