On tap at Beer Town Oakville. Review from notes.
Appearance - Deeply hazy golden-orange brew with a finger and a half of nice white head and good staying power. Lots of sticky lace left behind.
Smell - Melons and mangoes with a touch of grapefruit .
Taste - Grapefruit up front then some sweeter cantaloupe and a bit of mango blended in. Some general maltiness, but this is more NEIPA than WCIPA.
Mouthfeel - Nice prickly carbonation and maybe a touch gassy, but good to drink. Semi-dry finish and slightly fuller than expected body.
Overall - A pretty good DIPA and nice collab between two of my more enjoyed Ontario breweries.
