Reviewed from notes after a board game Sunday. Durand purchase.
Appearance - Mostly clear golden colored brew with a touch of honey brown. A finger of loose white head and some visible carbonation.
Smell - Orchard fruit, grapes, a splash of citrus. Has that unmistakable Nelson Sauvin hop influence.
Taste - Light citrus, some orchard fruits in the form of plums and pears. White grapes involved too. Some bitterness, but restrained. Well integrated. Solid grainy background.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied - leaning towards to the fuller side, with modest carbonation and semi-dry finish.
Overall - Nelson Sauvin hops and IPA's get me every time. Delicious, drinkable, with a great balance of flavors. Well worth a try.

Freestyle hops lends itself out to a more WeSt Coast approach, so not so hazy and that works as s asipper, and when warmed to room temp. Hop is nicely featured. Sampled at the source.
