"Traveller (Fall)" is the fourth iteration in our IPA series for which we explore how putting hops from entirely different growing regions and terroirs together presents in our beer. This version takes us all the way around the sun one revolution as we've now done one for each of the 4 seasons this past year.
This "Fall 2023" version is brewed with oats and hopped with an autumnal blend of Freestyle Waimea and Michigan Copper. These two hops work so well together to create balance in this beer!
