473ml can served cold into a tulip. Durand purchase. Canned June 26, 2024 or less than a week old.
Appearance - Very hazy golden color with honey brown hues. A finger plus of frothy white head and impressive staying power.
Smell - Boozy with some mango and passionfruit up front. A pinch of pineapple too. Rather sweet smelling.
Taste - Some fruit with mango, but quite sweet and very boozy. Mango and passionfruit combo on the back end. The sweetness and booziness is too much here.
Mouthfeel - Full bodied and with low carbonation. A bit sticky. Tries to come off as juicy but doesn't work with the 21 proof liquid.
Overall - A bit hot and too boozy, most other TIPA beers have the same issue but it's toned down to more palatable levels. Worth a try and maybe with a touch more age this would work a bit better.
