473ml can served cold into a chalice. Duran purchase. Canned September 25, 2024.
Appearance - Super hazy rich golden color with some orange hues. Two fingers of perfectly fluffy white head are poured with very good head retention.
Smell - Stonefruit, papaya and passionfruit combo with a touch of grape must. Complex if not the most intense beer out there.
Taste - Some stonefruit again, a pinch of grape with some citrus and papaya coming through on the back end. Low bitterness but for the finish. Some booziness.
Mouthfeel - Low carbonation, very juicy with a creamy finish. A small sense of dryness at the very end.
Overall - A pretty impressive medium bitter DIPA that has all sorts of juicy qualities that will make a beer with a name that sounds like it belongs on a black metal album really really good.
