Observation - Krush

Observation Krush is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oats and wheat and hopped exclusively with Krush. It is the latest installment in our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend. For this batch, we are highlighting Krush hops from Yakima Chief which was previously known as HBC586. It's fruity with notes of grapefruit and underripe mango yet overall slightly dry with floral hints and resin on the finish.
