Quaffed a 0.25l glass at Malz in Leuven on 25SEP24, for €4.50...
It was a rich, clear, bright golden color. Had a thin, wispy, off-white head, with nice lacing on the glass. Aroma was inviting, with lots of pear and green apple. Had a decent body, with a fairly smooth feel.
Flavor had more green apple on top of some toasty malt. Had an interesting hint of nuts floating around in there as well. Finish was a bit spicy, with intimations of pepper. Yes, an interesting brew all in all. Prost!!
