Poured into a spiegelau glass from a can dated 11/13/20
Fluffy white head and a cloudy golden orange color
Aromas of pineapple, citrus and pine, some bead
Taste is a bit thin for a pretty big nose, citrus and a bready malt taste are prevalent. Hints of grapefruit.
Mouthfeel is thin feeling as well, it kind of goes right through you mouth. Medium to low carbonation, sticky and a slightly astringent finish.
Overall its a good representation of the style crisp and clean tasting.

An average pour with a little kick at the end produced a finger of white creamy foam with above average retention and thin rings of lacing. Orange-straw color, opaque with orange highlights.
Juicy hops greet the nose featuring pineapple and grapefruit, Crackery malt blended with toasted malt in support.
Juicy semi-sweet taste, mild bitterness (at 1st) and oh so fruity...but not too fruity. Hop flavor has taken on some spice and peppery bitterness, the malt taste matches the smell and is challenged by the fruit tastes. The finish dries to semi-dry quickly as sweet tastes drop off first, a hint of sweetness and creeping bitter spicy hops linger on a long while.
Medium-light body with average carbonation, big balanced flavors and well hidden alcohol. Matches style guidelines.
Canned on 12/08/20.

Wanted to make it down to the brewery but haven’t yet so was excited to see it at Trader Joe’s. Pours a cloudy golden orange with moderate white head and nice lacing. Mild citrus and spice aroma which comes stronger on the taste along with pineapple and pine. Clean mouthfeel. Overall a solid NE IPA.
