Poured from a 16-ounce can into a glass tumbler. Dull, murky dark amber, with a thick white head. Good retention, decent lacing. This has an unfamiliar note of roasted corn on the nose and palate. Caramel, hints of tart apple, and nice bitterness for its 18 IBU's. Finish has a slightly oily tongue-coating note of tartness. Overall, a decent beer. Hope to see a few more from this brewery.
