On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a snifter. Clear topaz yellow in color, with a brilliant white long-lasting head that left a curtain of lacing. Notes of light malt on the nose and palate, with herbal hop notes and a bright fruity undertone. Pleasant bitterness on the dry finish, with a hint of peppery spice. Great beer, great with food or all by itself.
