Thrilla in Manila drinks like a tropical cocktail with coconut and lime giving the 1-2-punch and agave bringing just the right balance, and it is perfect for the tropical heat. Paying homage to the 1975 world championship title fight between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, this delicious sour can go for 12 rounds. ...or who knows?-maybe 14.

Had on tap. Opaque pale yellow almost hazy body, white collar. Lime leading the coconut, lemon, and a hint of agave and honey in nose. Taste has the lime and coconut in a huge dominating way, with agave, lemon, wispy wheat, and a hint of earthy spice on the finish. Feel is thinner and fizzier for a berliner, more sweet than tart. Could see this being appealing on a hot summer evening, but seems more cocktail than beer
