Bigger than I thought on the inside, nice vibe. Patrons and staff were nice. Drinkable selection of ales, all to style that we tried. Like the Coffee Brown ale the best. Order some food from vendor truck just outside, will go back to this place again.

Strip mall location but well thought out interior. Patio is typical last-minute pandemic style, but outdoor space nonetheless. Double store front is split between a bright, inviting front area with seats for 8 at the live edge wood L shaped bar and a couple of high-tops. Behind the bar is the brewhouse (hidden from sight) and bathrooms. Rooms to the left and back have more room with tables for over 50 and room for games (several supplied).

Beers were typical variety and delicious, especially the pilsner, Homer. A couple of IPA, a farmhouse, porter, and collaboration Belgian with Broken Brix, a brown, stout...everything you could want.

Service was responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Only snack food available for sale, pretzels, cheese, and popcorn, but feel free to bring in your own. I liked to see the turntable available and a couple of TV's for your sports games.

To update brewed barrel count, both 2022 and 2023, so far, were over 300 barrels.

Inside a strip mall, which can be a challenge to set a vibe, but here brother chimp truly makes it their own. A myraid of styles that lean new world takes on old world. Staff is friendly and patient, sneaky spacious seating

The location felt a bit in the middle of nowhere, but that was also kind of nice. It's nearby Woodmans and Hardware, if you're familiar with the area. On the end of a strip mall next to a dental office, with a view of pine trees and cornfields across the street. A halfhearted tiki-style patio in the parking lot. Looked to be an expansion in the works, into the space next door. Inside there was a cozy live-edge wood bar with seating for less than a dozen and a few scattered tables. A pair of weathered barn doors on the wall framed a pastoral wheat/barley-based mural. A disembodied chimpanzee head served as the de facto brewery logo. Maybe they could name a beer "Pray for Mojo"...

Selection is good, balance of IPA’s, lagers, modern and traditional styles. Highlights were a NZ hop Pilsner, sour blackberry saison, and a “cold IPA” collab with Riverlands and 93 Octane. Kölsch and Maibock crowler cans I took home were also solid. Fun facts: They brewed 150 barrels in 2020, and 161 in 2021 so far.

Service at the bar was timely and knowledgeable. Samples given, tasters were generally $3, a couple were priced higher. 16 oz. cans to go of draft beers were mostly $5. Cheese flights and snacks available, BYO food and vinyl on Tuesdays I might add. They played a Springsteen LP when the tv jukebox failed to produce any tunes.

Overall this was a fun little spot worth a look. I’ll be back to try more beers again when in the area.
