Copenhagen 9/7 2025. 33 cl tall slim can from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Some Polar Bears enjoying lager beer on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big fluffy white head Stable. Settles as a uneven, lumpy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a mild malty sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Sweet pale malts, bread and grains. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.

Smell is crisp, crackery and a bit herbal. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, peach and rye.
Taste is crisp and bready with a solid bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus peel and elderflower with some herbal hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice lager, easy to drink but flavorful.
