Bourbon Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel
Cheers to 1 year. A "Mountain Celebration" beer for our 1 year anniversary. 384 Bottles made and super dangerous because it goes down easy.

Bottle number 154 for this 1st Anniversary beer from Mountain Hops. Wax sealed.
It pours a clear 24k gold with a small but long lasting head of foam.
Big notes from the barrel aging, candi sugar, Belgian spices, boozy like crazy.
Candi sugar, booze, spices of the Belgian kind, more booze which equates to more heat. Raw as raw can get but I see a potential for things to calm down and make this better.
I'd only call this medium bodied.
My other 2 bottles can wait for a while.
