Last can of mine.
Pours a clear gold with very little foam and lacing. It was canned in July 2024. Didn't have a lot of foam fresh.
Smell is fruity, sweet, boozy from the Bourbon barrel aging.
The taste is sweet as in candi sugar like, Bourbon wood, fruity, spicy, very flavourful. Boozy? Yes. 12% abv.
Light side of medium bodied, lightish carbonation.
Less than a year out from canning and it's doing fine.
