The first official Test Batch of many has arrived. Test Batch Series #001 was started with the hope of creating a drinkable key lime pie. In that endeavor many discoveries were made. Turns out, the amount of fermentable sugar in graham crackers could shock you, coming in at an amazing 12.5Abv this smooth cream ale was born.
