Collaboration with Foam Brewers
Since their opening facing beautiful Lake Champlain, we have had a special appreciation for the beers, the atmosphere and the people at Foam Brewers in Burlington, Vermont. We had been discussing for a long time to collaborate on a beer, but with the pandemic that persists, a visit has been impossible since our opening. So, inspired by The Postal Service, a music group that recorded an album remotely by mailing music and vocals, we came up with an 8% Double NEIPA recipe by email and they generously sent us Crystal Hops and Vermont wheat as well as Riwaka hops.

Can: Poured a cloudy/hazy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dank and citrusy hoppy floral undertones is quite enticing. Taste is a nice mix of dank and citrusy hops notes with some floral undertones with light spicy notes and some light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA with right balance and nice showcase of hops complexity.
