Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a nice large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral coffee notes with some green pepper notes and light maple and bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of floral coffee notes with roasted malt and green pepper notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes. Body is a bit thin for style with good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Not bad but green pepper notes from the roasted coffee notes are covering some of the other flavors.
