Poured a medium brown that produced ample foamy tan head. Left moderate lacing in a pint glass. Taste and aroma were as advertised, malt foward with light bitterness. I enjoyed this ale and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

Can
L-Pours an opaque walnut brown with minimal head and carbonation bubbles (not lacing)
S-attractive malt forward aroma with hints of cocoa
T-flavorful and generally following the nose. Not much bitterness and not particularly sweet. I do not detect the advertised toffee component
F-medium bodied. Surprisingly not over-carbonated despite its appearance suggesting it would be
O-a brown ale that keeps it simple. Aside from the appearance at the initial pour looking strangely like an artificially carbonated beverage, there are no missteps and the beer fits the style.
