I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from the brewery whilst in town visiting my youngest at the UC! It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base with grain presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Poured from a 12-oz can into a pint glass.

Appearance: Very pale yellow; fluffy white head that began generously then dissipated quickly and left virtually no lacing.

Nose: Sweet roll — very pleasant.

Mouthfeel: Thicker than I would have expected from the color! Creamy smooth. Sufficient carbonation.

Attack: Gentle malt roast.

Finish: Lightly hopped.

Overall: There's nothing "shazam!" here, but this is a very easy drinking beer. The can describes it as "inspired by the beers that built Cincinnati," but it's actually easier drinking than most of those. I'm enjoying it. I'd have to call it a near perfect lawn mower beer, and I think I would also enjoy it with a Caesar or other green salad.

look - slightly pale yellow and clear with a slight initial white head but no rimming, slight lacing
Smell - sweet grainy floral
Taste - sweet possibly some honey with the grainy malt with a floral hop in there, pretty complex for a light lager
Feel - light body slightly cream with a slight carb
Overall - nice light lager

12 oz can into Guinness glass. No date on can; idk how fresh it is.

Pale yellow-gold. Thin head that disappeared completely.

Grainy-corny smell.

Taste is OK. Slightly skunky generic beer flavor at the front. Kinda hollow in the middle. Hops in the end.

Very light carbonation; almost flat.

Overall, eh. It’s Ok. I’m mostly done w it, drinking it faster than I’d want to, just to find things to say about it. It’s 5.2% so drinking it fast is fine.
