Rye Pale Ale
A moderate malt, a touch of rye spice, and a good orange and fruit nose, and very light bitterness. It's a winter hoppy beer.

Pours a hazy amber color. A large foam head retains well.
In the nose, aromas of rye are complimented by notes of sourdough bread, honey and biscuit. In addition, there are notes of fruity esters, citrus, caramel and a touch of earthy hops.
In the taste, malt profile is biscuity sweet and firm but well spiced with rye and a gently assertive hops bitterness. The rye adds an element of spice as well as sourdough. Complimented by notes of creamy wheat, caramel, lemon, grass, orange and earthy/resiny hops.
Medium bodied and smooth. A long resiny finish adds dryness in the palate. Carbonation is moderate.
Solid and tasty rye beer overall, very crushable. I would have again.
