Blood Orange, perfume, grapefruit, persimmon, pepper, pineapple.
Very interesting. Pleasantly surprised. I believe this is my first opportunity brew.

Poured from a pint can to a Samuel Smith tapered pint glass. Very little froth which quickly disappeared and left barely noticeable amounts of lacing. Smell was refreshing with flowery aroma hinting of tropical pear, mango & pineapple. Bitterness was upfront but had a strange funky finish. Mouth was billowy with plenty of body, (probably from the wheat & oats). As it warmed up the funky finish became more enjoyable and the strangeness more tolerable, (maybe I was just acclimating to it). An enjoyable hazy that I would try again.

No bueno. I don’t know what they were trying to do with this beer. It seems watered down with little hop bite at first, then has a harsh aftertaste. First try from this brewery after hearing good things.

Single pint copped from Bonds Tavern in West Orange. Pours a lucid golden hue with minimal frothing. Mellow aroma redolent of candied pears and marshmallow. Refreshing.
