Half Litre bottle, poured into oversized Tripel Karmeliet tulip.
A: Pale golden, hazy, no real head or lacing.
S: Faint sugar beet, banana became more pronounced.
T: Banana followed by some bitter sweetness.
M: Medium body, low carbonation, slightly coarse edge.
O: A standard Zwickel from the Bamberg area, fairly good.

Pours a cloudy, bright golden color with a fluffy, big head.
Smells of wet grass, sweeter yeast, hay, white bread dough and a nice herbal note, backed up by corn.
Drinks refreshing, due to its higher carbonation, yet soft, since a very convincing interplay between hay and soft yeast create a nice smoothness.
Tastes of an aqueous softness, straw and grass. Upon this foundation settles a noble hop quality, together with crackers, a hint of toffee. Finishes clean, crisp and soft, showcasing a perfect balance, as well as a doughy malt quality with a note of hay and dried herbs.
Very nice Zwickl, refreshing and flavorful till the finish.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy golden color with a fast dissipating head. Lightly scented with Fraenkisch hops, it is lightly hoppy in the mouth as well. Nice!
