Yields a pale golden color with a bigger, froth head atop.

Aromas lead with an intense hop interplay between dried herbs and sun ripened oranges, together with crackery malts and a note of limes.

Its mouthfeel is truly carbonated, leading to an immediate effervescent impression among a light bodied beer.

Tastes of cakey malts together with a good amount of honey and a whiff of juicy limes, which seem to have absolutely no hope of balancing the overall sweetness in this. The beer develops a noteable dryness during its mid palate, while the malt sweetness recedes a little, opening up the palate to straw, crackers and grass. Finishes with maintaining sweet malts, a stony carbonation burst and pretty much no hops to speak of.

This was bought at the source and consumed fresh. That being said I must admit that I am not a fan of this, since it does not appear as a proper Pils on my palate. The carbonation seems a litte off as it is simply overpowering each and every possible interesting nuance and the hops pretty much lack in power to balance the malts.

11 Julio 2023. De Labirratorium. En copa de heffe de Bavaria. Con palomitas. Diseñando temarios para opos. Muy bebible. Se acaba pronto. Feel agradable. Algo ligero pero sin estropear la experiencia.

Pours a clear, pale golden, straw coloration with a medium, frothy head and visible carbonation. Smells of doughy, biscuity malt and grassy, citrus hops. Taste is a good balance of doughy, biscuity malt and grassy, citrus hops: lime peel, with some lighter floral and herbal accents as well. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some doughy malt and grassy, citrus hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium/strong carbonation.

Quite a hoppy PIlsner that still balanced nicely against some slightly sweet malts, with a good bitterness in the finish. Feels perhaps just a little light, but makes for a rather well-balanced, crisp and refreshing brew.
