Yields a slightly clouded golden color with a stable, huge white head atop.
Offers lovely aromas of heated up garden herbs, dried hay and fresh formed white bread dough.
Its mouthfeel is light and refreshing with a perfectly fitting higher level of carbonation, unfolding quite late on the palate after establishing a silk softness.
Tastes of toasted grains among lots of dough, a timid, well entangled malt softness, which provides a fitting sweet note and noble, dry and spicy hops. The beer‘s mouthfeel creates a luxurious softness, from which both malts and hops thrive, by blending together in a well nuanced balance. Finishes dry with a slightly smoky, wooden peak, gently embraced by the maintaining hops, showcasing a longer lasting dryness.
A fantastic, well balanced and easy drinking beer, convincing with a fantastic mouthfeel and depth of flavors.

De tercertiempo. En copa de hefe de Weihenstephaner. Jugando a Hogwarts Legacy. Helles bien hecha. Refrescante, con buen cuerpo, rico perfil maltoso y amargor bien ajustado.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber color with a modest white head that soon diminishes to a thin layer. The nose gets a dose of malt with a touch of hops. The mouth gets a slight bitterness over the malt with a modest hoppy aftertaste.

Pours a cloudy, pale golden coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of doughy malt and grassy, herbal hops, with just a hint of citrus also coming through. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of doughy malt and grassy, herbal, slightly floral hops, with a light citus accent as well. Finishes with a light bitterness and some grassy, herbal hops and citrus accents lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This makes for a very easy-drinking and refreshing Kellerbier that is quite hoppy for the style, with a great balance of grassy, herbal, floral and citrussy hops and just a slightly zesty edge to it in the aftertaste. A very enjoyable summer beer that goes down easy, but is not lacking in flavor, with a great body and mouthfeel as well.
