Pours a clouded pale yellow with a huge and stable head atop.
Its aromas are defined by dried garden herbs, fresh lime pulp and subtle mango.
Its mouthfeel is effervescent and refreshing with a truly light, well working body.
Tastes of slightly resinous blueberries, honey and lime zest among a subtle, yet vibrant lime bitterness. Its mid palate introduces sun ripened oranges, a finely nuanced leaf spiciness and soft white bread dough. Finishes light and aqueous with maintaining oranges and lingering, yet smoother limes, inheriting a longer lasting bitterness.
A tasty Session IPA with a great mouthfeel to it, while featuring a fulfilling taste intensity.

Consumed about 9 months before best-by.
Look: pale crystal clear yellow, sudsy short-lived head
Smell: kiwi, lime sherbet
Taste: lime sherbet, light cracker, hint of black pepper, some substantial candy sugar sweetness
Feel: fairly light but decent
Overall: avoids the hop-water vibe of most session IPAs. The sweetness and solid hop profile put this one in a higher tier in the category.

500 ml bottle, from Coop Mega Jærhagen, Klepp. ABV is 4.5%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, large white head. Aroma of citric hops, some herbal notes too. Citric and fizzy thin mouthfeel. Very bitter and medicinal flavour, hints of citrus and herbs.

From the half liter bottle, it pours a slightly hazy light orange-yellow color with a very nice thick white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. The nose gets a nice dose of citrus with definite pineapple notes. Taste follows nose with a nice light bitterness and citrus predominating.

Pours a hazy, dark orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of doughy, biscuity malt and citrus, tropical hops, with notes of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya, as well as some herbal accents. Taste is an excellent balance of doughy, biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly herbal and floral hops, with citrus and tropical notes of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and papaya, as well as hints of lemongrass, mint and potpourri. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some orange, pineapple and mint lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light body and medium carbonation.
As with all their Fat Head collaborations, this makes for an excellent brew that's surprisingly flavorful for a Session IPA, while also lacking that overly grassy, chalky quality that some SIPAs take on. It does feel just a tad soapy due to the strong flloral potpourri accents, but has also got some rather vibrant citrus and tropical notes to it, as well as some light herbal undertones as well. Very refreshing and easy-drinking, I could certainly see myself knocking back a few of these on a hot summer day.
