Gilded Empire is a rustic, yet uniquely contemporary New England IPA crafted around robust heritage barley and copious amounts of spelt and oats. Hopped judiciously in the whirlpool and dry hop with Lotus, Citra and Cashmere hops.

Can stored in the refrigerator, opened and poured into a teku. Tow finger off white fluffy foam cap , good retention, settles to a thick , fluffy pencil thin layer over a hazy orange liquid with bing bubbles of carbonation from the pour
Aroma is citrus orange creamsicle, bit of peach, bit of melon
Taste is orange pith, Melon,
Gentle hop bite, hop taste lingers , medium sudsing
